SpiroCom Voice Communication System

The Team Talk feature is a voice activated, full duplex, short range voice communication within a team of fire fighters. Without pushing any buttons, the voice communication from
one team member is sent to all the other team members. This team communication is not transmitted externally.
To access the Long-Distance Radio Activation the user simply pushes the push-to-talk (PTT) button on the side of the SpiroCom unit. All team members wearing a SpiroCom unit can access the long distance radio at any time.
All team members will receive the communication (for example an evacuation order) transmitted to the long distance radio carried by any team member.
The long distance radio activation feature requires an Interspiro radio adaptor box connected to one long distance radio carried by any of the team members.
The Voice Projection Unit (VPU) amplifies the voice of the SpiroCom user and projects it via an external speaker to victims or rescue personnel not equipped with a SpiroCom.

The SpiroCom is also equipped with these features:
• Active noise control
• Volume adjustment
• Mute function
• LCD display and LED indicator
