Flameguard MK3 Aluminised Firefighting Outfit

The Flameguard Mk 3 suit is a two-piece garment constructed in aluminised fire-resistant material to EN11612. The jacket has a stand-up collar, elasticated cuffs, and is closed by 50 mm wide touch and close fastening to the front and collar. The trousers have 25 mm webbing braces with nylon adjusters to fit a wide range of wearers. The lower leg is elasticated. They come in one size only.

The Flameguard MK2, one size, two-piece suit is fabricated in aluminised fire resistant natural cotton, treated with Proban to meet the requirements of EN 532: 1994. The jacket has a stand-up collar; elasticated cuffs, and is closed by a 50mm touch and close fastening to the front and neck.
The trousers have 25mm webbing braces with adjusters to fit a wide range of wearers. The lower leg is elasticated. The outer gloves are made with an aluminium cotton backs and FR cotton palms, designed to be worn over rubber gloves.
The polyethylene helmet is fitted with an aluminised fire-resistant neck curtain and a replaceable polycarbonate visor which can be flipped up. A chinstrap secures the visor. Boots size 9 or 10 with protective toe cap.
Washing / cleaning instructions are supplied with each suit.
